class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Apply for Funding<\/h4>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any project\/idea should be discussed with the ExCo during one of the Regular Meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial Applications (<strong>Template<\/strong>: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doktorandenkonvent.uni-heidelberg.de\/md\/doktorandenkonvent\/financial_application_-_template.pdf\">pdf<\/a> &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doktorandenkonvent.uni-heidelberg.de\/md\/doktorandenkonvent\/financial_application_-_template.dotx\">docx<\/a>) should be sent to the ExCo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ExCo needs to vote for the Financial Application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check of the Financial Application by StuRa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any eventual change concerning the Financial Applciation needs to be approved by the ExCo again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For accounting:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.stura.uni-heidelberg.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Finanzen\/Formulare\/Finanzabrechnungsformular.pdf\">Financial Statement<\/a> (signed by financial officers of the ExCo);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The approved financial application and all its changes (voted by the ExCo);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The minutes of the approved financial applications and their changes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original bills (<strong>no copies!<\/strong>);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If something is paid online beside the bill, further proof is required (such as PayPal bill, credit-card statement etc.).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Some Rules:\u200b<\/h5>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If we wish to get a speaker for a workshop we need to publish the offer on our website for one month;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If something costs more than 500 \u20ac three independent offers need to be handed-in;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Workshops can be supported with a maximum of 60 \u20ac per person;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alcohol is restricted (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doktorandenkonvent.uni-heidelberg.de\/md\/doktorandenkonvent\/alkoholkonsumlimits.xlsx\">Alcohol Consumption Limits<\/a>);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food is limited per person per day (see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stura.uni-heidelberg.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/Satzungen\/Richtlinien\/Bewirtungsrichtlinie_VS_Uni_HD.pdf\">Hospitality Policy<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doktorandenkonvent.uni-heidelberg.de\/md\/doktorandenkonvent\/nachhaltigkeitsrichtlinie_vs_uni_hd.pdf\">Sustainability Policy<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h4
